About our metal finishing services

We use many different methods of metal finishing to meet the demands of our clients. Different manufacturers who come to our workshop for metal finishing have different purposes. To make sure that they all get what they want, we have expanded our facility to be able to offer different metal fabrication services including various methods of fabrication.

The following are some of the methods that we use in metal finishing:

Electroplating – Used to improve the corrosion resistivity and quality of the parts. It makes parts last longer and is ideal for parts to be used in harsh environments such as in the oil companies.

Blackening – This is the dulling out of shiny surfaces to reduce reflectivity if that is not desired in the manufactured parts. There are those environments where reflections are not desired at all, and so, the type of finishing required for such parts is blackening.

Painting – This is obviously the most straightforward process where paints are applied on the metal surfaces as appropriate.

Reaming – Used to precisely increase the radii of holes that should be done under tight tolerances.
