Our fabrication processes

We have an outline of how we handle every request that clients place through our online platform. The different stages and phases can change depending on the project being handled and the client’s needs. Basically, these are the stages that we follow:

1. Designing

This is the stage where ideas are being put forward by our innovators. We have invested heavily in building a strong team of professional designers who leads the design stage. Some clients come with a ready design and what we only do is to crosscheck if any modifications should be made. If everything is okay, then we will move directly to the next stage. For new designs, our team gets busy to ensure that your idea is born. It really does not matter how complex it is as we have the designers who have many years of experience in doing this.

2. Processing

This stage may involve many other operations deepening on the depending on the design and parts to be produced. USA Contract Manufacturing Specialists has cutting-edged equipment that can make this processing a success. It can begin with laser cutting or any other preferred cutting method that is economical for the work being done. Once cutting is done, then other more complicated processes such as forming, machining, welding, and coating can follow. Once the last operation is done, the produced part can be moved to the next phase.

3. Quality assurance and assembling

Our officers will be acting on the finished parts during which every piece will be inspected for any flaws. Any part that does not meet our quality standards is rejected, and therefore, cannot be assembled together with the rest. Once assembling is done, we can move directly to shipping.

4. Shipping

This is the last stage that our products go through once packed. We deliver to clients who are also free to do inspections and raise their concerns. The process ends when the clients accept the parts as meeting their quality standards.
